Factory has made heavy investment in introducing CNC, full-automatic digital control lathes, CMM and other advanced equipments to ensure superior quality. A complete set of advanced horizontal OKUMA CNC was introduced specially for the fine finish machining of blower cylinders and end-covers; In the beginning of 2015, through the co-operation with Test Lab of Shengyang Blower Research Institute (Blower Quality Inspection Center of Chinese Mechanical Industry), a brand-new blower performance test system was designed for us in accordance with the latest version of Roots Blower Industry Standard.

How to order?                                                                                            

1. Pls let us know what kind of model you like, such as JQ - 200D(B)  / 48 - 48BW;

2. Proforma invoice(PI) will be sent to you;

3. Pls check and confirm the PI;

4. Once we confirmed the order, pls pay it soon;

5. After full payment, all goods will be sent to you in 7-15 days as usual;

6. OEM/ODM is also welcomed. Free OEM for more than 5000 pcs orders.

Packing                                                                                                      

1. We can design the packing by your requirements but with bigger quantity
2. if need wooden pallets, the customer needs to pay for the wooden pallet charges
3. if no requirements, we offer the Corrugated Carton and vellum paper
4. The price we offer is the factory price.
5. We can help you to delivery the goods while you have requirement.
6. And the shipment fee shall be in your account.
7. We can only release the goods after the payment of the products was made.

Shipping                                                                                                     

Depending on various circumstances, three different delivery methods have been taken: by sea, by air cargo and by express service. 
1. By sea. This is the most economical way of delivery. Suit for big quantity order, the delivery cost dramatically low and assist you in achieving maximum profit. It normally would take about one month for cargoes to reach their destination port.
2. By air cargo. The advantage of air cargo is it costs much less time than delivery by sea. Generally it would take about one to two weeks for cargo reaching its destination.
3. By express service. It is the most expensive way of delivery, but it is really quick and convenient. Normally this door to door service can deliver the goods to your company only in 3-5days. Fortunately, we have signed big discount contract with most express companies, such as TNT, DHL and UPS, to help our customers cut their delivery expenditure.

Payment

2. 30% deposit and 70% before shipping

3. No payment collection. We only can deliver goods after getting full payment.

Warranty                                                                                                     

1. We provide 1 year warranty;

2. If the product is defective, pls notify us within 3days of delivery;

3. All products must be reurned on their original condition, in order to quality for a refund or exchange of goods.
